When you travel with Trafalgar to the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary, your only responsibility is enjoying yourself. AAA makes it easy by offering a $40 optional excursion voucher, meaning you have opportunities to customize your itinerary with preorganized outings. Visit Prague and learn the myths and legends of this gorgeous city dotted with golden spires, or maybe attend a concert featuring the works of Mozart in Vienna.

Optional excursions complement the itinerary inclusions, each thoughtfully selected to highlight the cities’ famous sites while also sharing off-the-beaten-path treasures, such as dining with the Schieszl family in Budapest. Savor hearty Hungarian fare while hearing the story of their winery, which doubled as a hiding place during WWII for a Jewish friend who was fleeing Nazi persecution.

A Local Specialist guides a Small Group Sightseeing walking tour in Prague, narrating the landmarks near Prague Castle: St. Vitus Cathedral, the Astronomical Clock and statues lining the Charles Bridge. On a Cultural Insight guided tour at the Kunsthistorisches Museum, gain access to the Royal Collection of art and artifacts before the doors open to the general public.
