Days 1-2 / Lima
Arrive in Lima, transfer to your hotel and explore your neighborhood. In the morning, choose between a walking tour through the old streets of the city or a bike tour that will have you cycling down from the top of Morro Solar, enjoying stunning views of shimmering Lima Bay.

Day 3 / Lima – Amazon
After a short flight to Puerto Maldonado, take a boat to Inkaterra Hacienda, your home for the next two nights. After lunch, walk through Concepcion Trails for an introduction to the rainforest. The day ends with a Twilight River excursion in a motorized canoe.

Day 4 / Amazon
Venture further into the jungle with a trek into Tambopata National Reserve. Cross mirror-like Oxbow Lake in a dugout canoe. A Canopy and Anaconda Walk is your passage up towers and across hanging bridges. Breathtaking vistas are dotted with white-throated toucans, squirrel monkeys and the three-toed sloth. Cap the day with a Rainforest by Night excursion.

Days 5-6 / Amazon – Cusco
Journey to Cusco and relax while enjoying a stroll around the former capital of the Inca Empire. In the morning, a walking tour showcases the charm and history of the city. The afternoon is free for your to explore on your own. Learn about Peruvian culture with a cooking class or take a bike tour out to visit Inca sites.

Day 7 / Cusco — Aguas Calientes
In the Sacred Valley, visit a local community to learn about life in the Andes and enjoy a delicious lunch cooked by locals. Visit the Ollantaytambo ruins before a train ride to Aguas Calientes—the town below Machu Picchu.

Day 8 / Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu — Cusco
Visit the sacred Lost City of the Incas with an Insider Expert who brings the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu to life. Spend time exploring the Inca Empire’s masterpiece before a scenic train ride back to Ollantaytambo. Transfer to your boutique hotel in Cusco.

Days 9-10 / Cusco
The day is yours to explore Cusco. A sunset stand-up paddle board excursion at Piuray Lake is followed by a yoga session. Your amazing Peruvian adventure comes to a close with a delicious dinner and stargazing under the Andean night sky. Depart for home in the morning.
