Experience the ultimate rail journey through the Canadian Rockies. Overnight in Whistler before journeying to Jasper, Lake Louise and Banff, where there will be plenty of time to explore.

Days 1–2 / Vancouver – Whistler
Arrive in Vancouver and spend time exploring the city on your own. GoldLeaf Service guests overnight at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. In the morning, travel from Vancouver to the resort town of Whistler on a breathtaking rail journey through the stunning scenery of the Sea to Sky Corridor. Highlights include spectacular views of Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains, Mount Garibaldi and the impressive Cheakamus Canyon. Overnight in Whistler.

Day 3 / Whistler – Quesnel
Travel onboard Rocky Mountaineer to the charming town of Quesnel, gateway to the North Cariboo. Enjoy varied scenery along the route, from the shorelines of Anderson Lake and glacier-fed Seton Lake to sweeping views of the Fraser Canyon. Overnight in Quesnel.

Days 4–5 / Quesnel – Jasper
Journey eastward to the majestic Canadian Rockies and Jasper National Park. Climb past Mount Robson—the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies—through Yellowhead Pass into the province of Alberta. GoldLeaf Service guests overnight in Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. In the morning, enjoy a scenic half-day tour of the largest national park in the Canadian Rockies. The remainder of the day is yours to explore Jasper on your own.

Days 6–7 / Jasper – Lake Louise
Travel to Lake Louise via one of the most scenic highways in the world—the Icefields Parkway. See the Columbia Icefield—one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle—Bow Lake, Athabasca Falls and the Glacier Skywalk. GoldLeaf Service guests overnight at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Enjoy a free day in Lake Louise where you can canoe, hike in the mountains or simply relax and take in the magnificent views.

Days 8–9 / Lake Louise – Banff
Spend a few more hours exploring Lake Louise before lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day tour discovering the wonders of Yoho National Park. Transfer to Banff at the end of the tour, where GoldLeaf Service guests will overnight at the Fairmont Banff Springs. You’ll have an entire day to explore Banff National Park on your own.

Day 10 / Banff – Kamloops
Board Rocky Mountaineer at Banff station and travel over mountain passes, along rocky lakeshores and across the ranchlands of the interior. Highlights include the Continental Divide, the Spiral Tunnels, Kicking Horse Pass and Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven. Spend the evening exploring the city of Kamloops.

Days 11–12 / Kamloops – Vancouver
On today’s journey west, you’ll see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the interior to the Coast and Cascade Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley. Arrive in Vancouver late in the day where GoldLeaf Service guests will overnight at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Depart for home in the morning.
